Orc
With this one I was in the mood to paint something within my comfort zone, so I chose to illustrate a portrait. I chose an Orc as the subject matter as that's something that's a nice change of pace from the more human characters I illustrate, and it was a lot of fun to bring to life. Since the subject matter was relatively simple I did my best to play up the lighting and details, which I feel makes the image very dynamic and realistic, so I'm very satisfied with this one. Enjoy!
